We require an SMS-capable mobile number to enhance the security of your account through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA provides an additional layer of protection by sending a one-time verification code to your phone via text message. You’ll need this code to confirm your identity when logging in. Make sure you have access to the mobile number you provide. Please note that standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your carrier.

To comply with federal regulations and help protect against fraud, we are required to collect this information to verify your identity. This is a necessary step to ensure the security of your account and prevent unauthorized access. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. All sensitive information is encrypted and handled with the highest level of protection.

For security and account protection, every client is required to have a distinct email address for login and account access. This ensures that each client’s credentials remain private and secure. If the email you provide is already associated with an existing American IRA account—including one belonging to a spouse—you will need to use a different email to proceed with your application.
